Baccalaureate Info

Dear Class of ’25 Parent/Guardian,
Congratulations on reaching this significant milestone in life. Graduation is a month away and
you will soon witness the culmination of 13 years of hard work. Your pride over your young
person’s accomplishment is well-deserved!
In addition to the regular graduation service on Sunday, May 18th, The Rolla Area Ministerial
Alliance would like to invite you, your family, and your loved ones to a Baccalaureate Service
on Sunday evening, May 11th at 6:00 p.m. at Greentree Christian Church. This service will
have student involvement in addition to some adults who have known these students for a long
time! (Students who want to attend Baccalaureate should meet at the church in the gymnasium
by 5:30 p.m. in their caps and gowns so that they may walk in together).
In addition, Ryan Alderfer, a member of the senior class, will be assembling a slide show
presentation of pictures of the graduates. We are hoping to have a picture of when your student
was a toddler or infant to place side by side with a current or senior picture. If you would like
for your senior’s pictures to be included, two photos may be submitted using the QR code on the
bottom of this letter, or you may email cmumma@rolla31.org and she can send you the link.
(Note: You must be logged into a Google Gmail account (it’s free) in order to submit photos
or your student may use their school provided Gmail account to submit pictures.) Ms.
Mumma will be happy to assist or answer any questions.
The Ministerial Alliance believes that worship is an appropriate response to mark this significant
milestone in a person’s life and we want to give all those who desire to be a part of this service a
chance to attend. We congratulate you and wish you all God’s best. No RSVP is necessary, but
please do remember to get those pictures in! We hope that you can mark the date and make it to
this year’s Baccalaureate!
Sincerely,

Chris Foster (representing the Rolla Area Ministerial Alliance)

Google Accounts

Seniors,

Good afternoon and congratulations on approaching the last few weeks of your Senior year!

As you prepare for graduation and new adventures, you also need to begin the process of cleaning up your Google Drive and transferring any files that you would like to keep after High School to a personal device or account.

Your RPS student account will be deactivated as of Thursday, May 22, 2025. This means that you will no longer be able to sign into your account to access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Classroom, etc. Any files stored within those Google apps will no longer be accessible either.

With that being said, I have attached below the instructions for exporting your Google Drive content so that you can either store it on a personal computer, move it to a storage device (i.e. hard drive or flash drive), or import it all into a personal Google Account.
