Fall 2025

Dear R31 Families and Community Members,

Thank you for all you've done to ensure a smooth, safe start to the 2025-26 school year. We have some exciting things planned in the months ahead, but we couldn't do what we do without your support. We know this time of year is busy with academics, activities, and family obligations. Please help us support your child by keeping lines of communication open with your teachers and principals. Reach out if there are ways we can assist with any barriers, questions, or concerns. By working together, we ensure our students have the best opportunity for success! Please reach out if I can be of assistance at any time. Thank you for making each day a GREAT DAY to be a BULLDOG!
Dr. Kyle W. Dare, Superintendent

Citizens' Academy

In an effort to build deeper connections and understanding with all stakeholders in our community, the Rolla 31 School District launched a citizen education program in September 2025. This year-long program is designed to engage and inform citizens through presentations, tours, and activities.
The R31 Academy provides Rolla citizens with a hands-on, interactive public information program that familiarizes and gives them a true behind-the-scenes view of Rolla Public Schools. The Academy will provide insight into the inner workings of the district, promote open lines of communication, and provide opportunities for citizen feedback. Applications will open in March for the 2026-27 school year.

Positive Behaviors on the Bus

Our transportation department has started a program to reward positive behaviors on the bus to create a safer bus climate for all. In partnership with drivers and principals, this program will mirror the actions students already take in their buildings to reinforce positive behavior. View the Bus Behavior Flow Chart...
